A special single vineyard Shiraz from our block. In a tough wet season, we were fortunate to get a small amount of our best quality fruit and luck was on our side.

Mallaluka Estate fruit. Fermented using indigenous yeasts. Whole berry fermentation. 16 months in seasoned French oak barriques. No fining or filtration. Dusty, dark fruit aromas, chocolate and spice, savoury and nice. Fine grained/silky tannins. Long, dry finish.

This is a very limited release.
