2018 Pinot Gris/Noir

Pinot gris 55% - 45% Pinot noir. Fruit from two different regions. Pinot gris from Hilltops, Pinot noir from Canberra district. Full skin indigenous yeast ferment Pinot gris blended with 40% whole bunch indigenous yeast ferment Pinot noir. Both parcels aged in old French oak for 5 months. No additives, no fining, no filtration, 30ppm SO2 added before bottling. 

Strawberries, cinnamon and goji berry jam. Light and vibrant with an edge of savouriness that gives it a spine. Chill on a hot day to between room and fridge temperature.
